Porcupine Balls


PORCUPINE BALLS

2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup uncooked rice
1/2 cup water
1 medium onion-chopped
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon celery salt
Mix everything together except for soup and water.  Form large meatballs. Place in pan. Top with soup and water.  Bake COVERED  for 1 1/2 hours at 350.

I have been known to just use a packet of onion soup mix, beef, and rice to for the meatballs.
