TACO ROLLUPS
8 oz. sour cream
4 oz. chopped black olives
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
5-10" flour tortillas
salsa
Mix all ingredients together except the salsa and tortillas. Divide filling and spread evenly over shells. Roll up and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate several hours. Unwrap and slice into 1/2-3/4" slices. Serve with salsa.
